Scotsman South Africa is very excited for the upcoming Hostex 2020 followed by the Scotsman Road Show featuring our special guest star Michalis Dimitrakopoulos World Coffee in Good Spirits 2016 World Champion and World Barista Champion 2019 runner up.
Cold Brew is the talk of the coffee community. Michalis will explain the chemistry of cold brewing and how Scotsman ice can make a difference in such application. Michalis will also prepare some of his signature cold brews cocktails.
The Scotsman Road show featuring Michalis will take place in Durban at Lucky Shaker Umhlanga 19:00 -21:00 on 4 March 2020 and Cape Town at Truth Café (Secret Location) 19:00-21:00 on 5 March 2020.
